Pay-as-you-go support fees
The rates quoted below are quoted per hour, billing is per minute, subject to a minimum project spend of 1 hour. All types of support are divided into basic, intermediate and advanced levels and priced accordingly.

Basic - £9.00 | Intermediate - £18.00 | Advanced - £36.00

Ongoing Support contracts
If you would like to arrange a regular support contract please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail. Ongoing support contracts offer more competitive rates than pay-as-you-go options and require only a 3 month commitment.

Casual Support workers
10 - 40 hours per month - 15% discount on pay as you go rates.

Basic - £7.50 | Intermediate - £15.00 | Advanced £30.00

Part-time support worker
41 - 99 hours per month - 20% discount on pay as you go rates.

Basic - £6.00 | Intermediate - £12.00 | Advanced - £24.00

Full time support worker
100+ hours per month - 30% discount on pay as you go rates.

Basic - £5.00 | Intermediate - £10.00 | Advanced - £20.00
